Domain Name Certificates

Date: 2005-05-24

As part of our service to customers who register Domain Names with us, we will hold the Domain Name Certificate in our archive for safe-keeping. Experience has shown that typically this is one document customers would prefer that we file.

If a customer specifically requests the Domain Name Certificate we will of course arrange for it to be sent to the Registrant as per the Domain Registration. It is therefore very important when registering a Domain that the Registrant details, including contact names, are completed correctly. We cannot provide the Domain Name Certificate to a third party unless the Registrant confirms such a request in writing.

11. Correcting connection drop offs
One tip in assisting to retain a stable connection is to lower the connection buffers in the modem properties.

To do this go to the control panel, select modems, select your modem and hit properties, go to the connection tab, hit the port settings button, and try reducing the receive and transmit buffers by one increment. Then press Ok and restart the computer.

Now when you connect next the line should appear a little more stable.
