Your software is probably not configured for the correct Domain Name Server address.
If you are using a dialup connection and you are dialing directly into one of GTS Telecom PoPs then your DNS Server should be automatically assigned.
Check that your dialup connection is set to have 'server assigned or automatic DNS settings'
If this is not successful you can try adding the DNS Servers manually, the servers are:
Primary: 193.226.128.1 Secondary: 193.226.128.129
If you are connecting via a proxy server or other translation device then the problem may be with the proxy server. Contact your system administrator.
