Many websites now require a web browser which supports both Frames and Cookies.
You need to upgrade your WWW browser to at least Internet Explorer v. 3 or Netscape v. 2.
In the case of cookies you may have turned cookies off in your security profile of your web-browser; check your security settings in Preferences or Internet Options.
In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options. On the Privacy tab, move the slider up for a higher level of privacy or down for a lower level of privacy.
